The Washington Metropolitan Distance Learning Association (WMDLA) is a not-for-profit association formed to promote the development and application of distance / distributed learning in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Among the constituents we represent and serve are PreK-12 public and private education; higher education; medicine; agencies of local, state, and national government; the community of associations, societies, and other not-for-profit organizations; and training to meet military, business, and industrial needs. WMDLA's special interest groups (SIGs) serve as focal points for these constituencies. |
