Smith, who has a bachelor’s degree in English/Communications from Lincoln University in PA, and a master’s degree in International Management from the University of Maryland University College, has been featured and profiled in several national magazines, including: Black Enterprise, the Year in Computing, Videoconferencing Insight, Profiles, the Achiever and Teleconference magazines. A contributor to Web Techniques magazine, he currently serves as contributing editor for Learning & Training Innovations Magazine formally e-Learning Magazine.
